Is it legal to record our calls?

Recording laws vary by state, and Connecticut generally requires everyone on a call to agree. A short “this call may be recorded” announcement plays on your recorded calls; your firm sets its own policy.

Is our clients' information private?

Does the AI send anything to clients?
